In 1961 Dick and Maxine Slade opened Slade Glass Co. Dick had experience as a glazier and wanted to have the freedom to grow his own company. They added product lines and the company grew as Boulder grew. Their son, Terry, worked after school and summers learning the trade. In 1995 Dick retired and Terry became president. Maxine is now semi-retired and is often called upon for her sage advice and wisdom gained from half a century in the business.

We are celebrating our 50^th year serving homeowners and businesses in Boulder County and throughout Colorado. We continue to be locally and family owned and operated.

Our installers have an average of 16 years of experience in the glass, glazing and window business.
